Our FORS journey began in 2009 when we joined to meet contractual requirements. It soon became clear that FORS aligned with our own organisational ethos, particularly our commitment to going beyond compliance. We achieved Bronze in 2010 and have maintained it every year, using the annual audit as a powerful validation tool for our policies and procedures.
In 2016, we progressed to Silver for several strategic reasons that strengthened both our operations and our customer offering. Achieving Silver allowed us to clearly demonstrate that safety underpins every aspect of our fleet activity, giving customers added confidence in the standards we uphold. It also gave our teams access to enhanced development tools, including FORS E learning modules and the Silver SUD course, strengthening the capabilities of our drivers and managers. In addition, aligning FORS audits with our own internal audit processes created a powerful framework for identifying improvements and reinforcing a culture of continuous development across the business.
FORS Gold, achieved in December 2025, reflects years of sustained focus on excellence. It is the culmination of collaborative effort at every level of the business. From frontline drivers to operational managers and support teams, every colleague has played a part in embedding the high standards required to reach the top tier of accreditation.
