Steelhoard Defeats Zombie Horde

Altrad Generation considered how UK construction sites and workers would survive the Zombie Apocalypse. In our homage to 28 Years Later, we compared how Timber Hoarding and Steelhoard would fare as the Rage Virus resurfaces.

Steelhoard vs Zombie Apocalypse

Altrad Generation asks whether your construction site's perimeter hoarding would survive the Zombie apocalypse?

Most construction hoarding would last 28 Days, possibly 28 Weeks, but very few would last 28 Years. Steelhoard will; unlike timber hoarding it has been designed to cut waste and costs whilst ensuring sites as well protected.

With the challenges UK construction faces it can feel like we are facing a zombie apocalypse. Site demarcation and security shouldn't be part of that problem.

Steelhoard has been designed to deliver the best security, whilst reducing your costs over the lifetime of the product by 60%. Coincidentally very close to 28 years.

The one system is highly flexible and can be used securely in or above ground. Its post system, separates the frame and the panel sheets which are individually mounted and overlapping. This allows stepping across uneven ground as well as easier installation.

It also allows the Steelhoard individual sheets to be stronger and heavier than timber and over steel hoarding systems. This means Steelhoard panels can withstand the normal construction site bangs and collisions, as well as Zombie hordes.

The video provides all the evidence you need that Steelhoard delivers value, protection and piece of mind no matter what is thrown at it.
