Adjustable Steel Push-Pull Props
Altrad Generation’s Adjustable Steel Push-Pull Props are engineered for precision control and structural support during vertical formwork and shuttering. These robust adjustable props are ideal for plumbing and securing single or double-faced concrete formworks, particularly where alignment is critical in wall and slab construction. Unlike standard Acrow Props, our Push-pull props are designed to brace formwork panels in both directions using anchoring at the base and top plate connection to the shutter. Each unit includes a standard prop collar and an additional locking collar for enhanced rigidity and on-site safety. The head and base plates measure 150 x 150 x 6mm and feature 38mm diameter fixing holes for secure installation.
Available in sizes 0–4, the props cover extension heights from 1.14m to 4.876m, with Safe Working Loads (SWL) ranging from 7kN to 32kN, depending on height and configuration. These props are fully compliant with BS4074 and tested to BS5507, meeting stringent UK safety standards. Push-pull props integrate smoothly with our Aluminium Walers, Trench Sheets, and Manhole Shutters, making them ideal for use on complex infrastructure and commercial builds.
