Our Trench Struts are designed to apply outward pressure between trench walls, preventing collapse and ensuring the safety of workers operating below ground. With a 3-tonne Safe Working Load (SWL) maintained across all heights, these heavy-duty struts deliver exceptional performance on-site. Each trench strut features a 60.3mm diameter outer tube and a 48.3mm inner tube, allowing for strong and secure adjustability across trench widths. The base and head plates measure 75mm x 75mm x 6mm and feature a dual nail-hole clawed design that grips securely to timber walings or trench sheets, ensuring excellent load spread and lateral stability. Manufactured from high strength steel, they provide exceptional durability and resistance to the pressures exerted by surrounding soil in trenching and other groundworks excavations.
Available in multiple size options, our Trench Struts range in weight from 4.99kg, 6.58kg, 8.62kg, up to 11.69kg, ensuring suitability for various trench widths and depth requirements.
