Standard Roadform

Roadforms provide a simple, robust, accurately aligned edge formwork for use when constructing ground slabs, roadways, pathways and foundations up to 300mm. Made of strong square section steel and using a series of ground stakes to secure in place. Roadforms create a smooth uniform finish to any poured concrete slab. Each Roadform is tongued to allow continuous runs.

A road form gives you a straight, reliable edge when you are pouring concrete slabs, roads, pathways, or foundations. The Standard Roadform is built from square section steel for rigidity, with three welded stake housings and a locking tongue that connects each section to the next for accurate alignment. It forms clean, straight edges up to 300mm deep, making it suitable for civil engineering, highway, public realm, and industrial flooring projects.

This Roadform comes in four depths, so you can match the form to your pour. The 6 inch section weighs 25.8kg, the 8 inch section weighs 30.5kg, the 10 inch section weighs 37kg, and the 12 inch section weighs 50kg, with every section measuring 3000mm in length. The reusable steel construction means the same sections can be used again across multiple projects.

Road form hire from Altrad Generation includes stakes, a stake extractor, and mould oil to support your pour from start to finish. Where your project needs curved or radius sections alongside straight runs, the Standard Roadform works alongside the Flexible Roadform in the same concrete pour.
