CC-4 Aluminium Modular Formwork

CC-4 is an aluminium modular formwork for solid and lightened slabs. The basic grid measures 2.32m x 1.5m, and you can configure other grids by combining different beams and transversals to suit your slab. Grid length comes in 2.32m or 1.57m, and the transversal sets the width at 1.5m or 0.75m.

You can use CC-4 for slabs up to 90cm thick, and the system has an impact of 0.29 props per m2. The beam rests on the drophead and then lifts up, so one worker can assemble the beam. The drophead also allows early recovery of beams, transversals and panels after 3 days, for reuse on the next pour.

Striking is simple and safe. The drophead lowers the elements by 15cm. An aluminium profile with a plastic and rubber top cover ensures water tightness with the panel and prevents possible concrete leaks.

Enkoflex Timber Beam Slab Formwork

Enkoflex is a timber beam formwork you can adapt to any type of slab and height. You can use it for solid, lightened and inclined slabs, drop beams, infilling and cantilever beams. The beams are independent, which gives you great flexibility.

The system adapts to irregular geometries and to other formwork systems for easy infilling. Its components include primary and secondary beams, double heads and single heads, a safety handrail, props, a tripod and a board.

VR Table Modular Formwork

VR Table is table formwork designed especially for large floor slabs with regular geometry. Pre assembled elements make up the table, and the system is fast and safe to use and needs less labour. You can use it on buildings such as hotels, skyscrapers, shopping centres, hospitals and airports.
