The JV60 Mini Trench Box from Altrad Generation is a compact two-sided excavation support system designed for utility pipe and service installation in restricted or confined trench conditions. With a maximum depth of 4000mm and widths adjustable from 610mm to 3200mm via telescopic struts, the JV60 covers the range of trench dimensions common on utility and civil engineering projects.

Rated to 25kN/m2, the JV60 is installed using the Dig and Push method or can be lowered in place where site conditions require it. A pin and clip connection system makes assembly and adjustment fast on site. Up to two extension boxes can be added on top for additional depth, and the system is compatible with End Panels for fully enclosed configurations.
