Service rating : Website was really easy to use, large choice and I found just what I wanted. I ordered click and collect and the service at the depot was great. The one frustrating thing was that they didn't send me an email to confirm my order, or acknowledge receipt of my payment, or anything. So I had to log in to their website on my phone to find the order confirmation and I still only have a paper VAT receipt, which is a little odd. Product : Strong and did just what I wanted it to. Having checked costs on the Actavo website I then visited my local branch and was advised they could not match the website quoted delivery cost - even when I highlighted the cost quoted on your website. I then purchased from the Actavo website but did NOT and still have not, received a confirmation of my purchase. I telephoned the local branch who verbally confirmed both order and delivery from the local branch to my website purchased product and also confirmed a confirmation/receipt had been sent to my email address - which still has not arrived despite my email address being double checked. The product is okay but something wrong with Actavo administration systems. M Goldie |
