Returns
How do I return an Altrad Generation item?
To return an item, you must notify Altrad Generation in writing to [email protected] and Altrad Generation will arrange collection of the product(s) or otherwise provide instructions for convenient return.
You must return the product(s) to Altrad Generation in original condition (you will be responsible for any damage) and within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice, unless Altrad Generation provides a later collection date.

Can I return an item to branch that I ordered online?
You can return an item to branch that was ordered on www.altradgeneration.com however the branch cannot complete the refund as this has to be done the same way as the payment was made, as stated in our T&CS.

Can I return part of my order?
Certainly, you can return your whole order or just one item within your order. Simply notify Altrad Generation in writing of the products you would like to return to [email protected] and Altrad Generation will arrange for collection of the product(s) or otherwise provide instructions for convenient return.
