Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Your Altrad Generation order will be delivered via our courier service or by an Altrad Generation representative from your nearest branch.
You will be responsible for unloading the products from the delivery carrier and for checking the order. In the event of a shortage and/or damage the delivery receipt must be endorsed accordingly. A signature will be required upon delivery.

How do I find out when my order will be delivered?
You will receive an order confirmation email from Altrad Generation that will provide an estimated delivery date; we will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the exact date. A representative will also confirm a 2 hour delivery window to provide you with as little inconvenience as possible.

Do Altrad Generation offer a next day delivery service?
Unfortunately Altrad Generation do not currently offer a next day delivery, however we do offer a priority 48 hour delivery. This delivery option is to aim to have your goods with you within 2 working days.
To receive next day delivery you would have to opt for our click & collect method, however this timescale is not always possible.

Can I ask for a specific delivery time slot?
At the moment we cannot do this, but as part of our commitment to excellence in customer service, we will endeavour to achieve as close to your delivery deadline as possible.
